PRODUCTION TIME

We value each and everyone of our customers, therefore, when you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. However, styles and custom orders may need additional production time for the personalisation.

When ordering multiple products, you may receive them in different packages and at different times as they may come from different manufacturers and brands.

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship daily from Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Orders placed by 12.00 PM GMT Sunday - Thursday will start to be made the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

Premium Insured Shipping is free on orders over £100. On orders under £100, the shipping fee for Premium Insured Shipping is £3.99.

European Standard Shipping 
Premium Insured Shipping is free on orders over £100. On orders under £100, the shipping fee for Premium Insured Shipping is £5.99.

International Shipping
Premium Insured Shipping is £10.99 to the rest of the world.
